The Future of the Langhe Hills: Between Reminiscence and Biodiversity.

According to Polibio, history is cyclical, and we believe that too.

Historically present in Piedmont, olive trees were gradually removed over time because they were less profitable than the vines that now cover our hills.

We asked ourselves why and came up with many answers, none of which were enough to deter us from the idea of retracing our “Salt Route” and bringing olive trees back to the Langhe region.
