Pitted Taggiasca Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A small olive for a great taste. A full-blast flavour.

In the western Ligurian Riviera, especially in the Imperia valley, we pick top-notch Taggiasca olives at just the right ripeness.

The olives need to be healthy, plump, and free from bruises or odd shapes, with a consistent color and no strange smells.

After we pit them mechanically, we keep them in 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.

HOW TO USE:

Give your dishes an extra kick—try them on focaccia or in pasta sauces. Your salads with our olives will never be the same!
