A robust and enveloping extra virgin olive oil with notes of freshly cut grass, artichoke, and olive leaf. It has a perfect balance of bitterness and spiciness, ideal for raw use. The oil has an intense golden color with greenish reflections.
This blend is made from organic Ogliarola (Puglia) and Dolce di Rossano (Calabria) olives.
Total acidity expressed as oleic acid is less than 0.5%. Peroxides are below 20.
Store in a cool, dark place. The optimal temperature for preserving EVOO is 15-25°C.
