An elegant and harmonious extra virgin olive oil with fresh almond notes and herbal hints. This sweet and balanced oil is perfect for both raw use and cooking. It has a clear, golden-yellow color.

This blend is made from Taggiasca (Liguria), Ogliarola (Puglia), and Gentile di Chieti (Abruzzo) olives.

Total acidity expressed as oleic acid is less than 0.5%. Peroxides are below 20.

Store in a cool, dark place. The optimal temperature for preserving EVOO is 15-25°C.
